Does MyTana equipment come with a warranty?

Yes. All products* are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase. Damage due to negligence, abnormal usage, accidents, or alteration is not covered by this warranty.  Please inspect all products carefully upon receipt!

*Special Note regarding the Warranty on Sewer Cable and Blades: It is extremely difficult to assign responsibility for product defects or malformations of USED Sewer Cable and Blades. It is especially important to inspect these products carefully before you use them.

MyTana is committed to product support for all products we manufacture and sell. We are often able to affect many repairs with our customers by providing replacement parts and installation instructions.

Is there a rep in my area that can demo the equipment?

We do not have reps in the field. We sell direct to the end user, and as a result we receive direct feedback regarding our products and service. This arrangement also eliminates a middleman so our prices are generally a bit more competitive. We are also responsible for the service after the sale – including any warranty or repair work – which means you get factory inspected parts and workmanship on all repairs.

I’ve misplaced my manual, how can I get another copy?

Some of our instruction manuals and instruction sheets are available for download on our Support page. They are in a PDF format. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, click here to download a free copy.

When will my order be shipped?

MyTana strives to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order on standard catalog products, although many times shipments are made the same day.

Does MyTana have a leasing program?

Yes. We work with a 3rd party company, with “lease to own” program. Typical terms are either 1 or 3 years. Lease rates vary by term, market conditions, and credit rating of applicant.

Ask about discounted rates available on 1-year leases. Leases are available to qualified customers only. Minimum lease amount is $3,000.

  • Check a box under LEASE FINANCING
  • Then FAX or MAIL to MyTana to get the process started

Credit checks normally require 2 – 3 business days.

I need my old MicroEngineering equipment serviced, can you help?

Yes, we service and update most models of MicroEngineering equipment. Note that some earlier MicroEngineering models cannot be repaired due to obsolete parts or components.

I have questions about operating my equipment, who do I contact?

Many times we can troubleshoot problems over the phone or provide parts that get you up and going faster for less cost. So please call before you send your equipment in for repair.

Where do I send my equipment for repair?

Right back to us. We manufacture, sell and service all of our equipment. MyTana will – at it’s option – repair, replace or refund the purchase price on any warranty claim item.
