button-nose

Button Nose Nozzle

Short body and smooth round nose reduce hang ups. Ideal for working in turns, traps and elbows.

  • Knurled sides for hand-tightening
  • Suitable for most general cleaning applications

1 forward jet and 3 rear jets at 25°

Maximum pulling power lets you quickly get to and penetrate blockages to establish flow in a fully blocked pipe.

Good for general drain cleaning while maneuvering elbows and tees.

4 rear jets at 25°

Clean at a greater distance with maximum pulling power.

Good for general drain cleaning.

3 rear jets @ 25° |  3 rear jets @ 45°  |  1 forward jet @ 0°

Dual rear angles create a wider area of turbulence helping to keep sand, gravel and heavier debris suspended and moving while cleaning a pipe. Still pulls well.

1 side jet @ 90° |  3 rear jets @ 45°

Ideal for tight turns and elbows, good flushing action and reasonable pulling power. Side jet pushes hose towards one side of the pipe and combined with twisting of the hose it can be steered into a tee or branch fitting.

Suitable for general drain cleaning applications.

6 rear jets @ 45°

Excellent flushing, good pulling power. Provides more effective cleaning of pipe walls after flow has been established in a blocked pipe.

A great general cleaning nozzle.

Degreasing De-Icing Jetter Nozzle

Degreasing / De-Icing Nozzle

Jet nose style nozzle is effective for flushing grease or ice on shorter runs.
–  Good for more heavily obstructed lines
– Limited pulling power / distance

3 forward jets @ 10°  |  6 rear jets @ 45°

Effective for flushing grease or ice on shorter runs. Forward jets tend to push debris forward while rear jets help clean the sidewalls. Limited pulling power/ distance range. Longer length nozzle with angled nose is good for more heavily obstructed lines.

Tuned to deliver these specs:

  • 1/8" – up to 1.5Kpsi  /  2gpm   —  50'-75' hose
  • 1/4" – up to 1.5Kpsi  /  2gpm   —  115' hose
  • 1/4" – up to  3K  /  4.5gpm  —  115' hose
  • 3/8" –  up to 3Kpsi  /  4.5gpm  —  200' hose
  • 3/8" –  up to 3Kpsi  /  8gpm   —  250' hose

Drop Head Nozzle

Flexible joints conform to the shape of the pipe so you can navigate P-Traps, vertical drops and tight bends
– Suitable for smaller lines

3 rear jets @ 45°

Designed for navigating P-Traps, vertical drops and tight bends other nozzles won't reach.

Tuned to deliver these specs:

  • 1/8" – up to 1.5Kpsi  /  2gpm   —  50'-75' hose
  • 1/4" – up to 1.5Kpsi  /  2gpm   —  115' hose
  • 1/4" – up to  3K  /  4.5gpm  —  115' hose

MyTana Rotating Nozzle

Rotating Nozzle

Maximized sidewall cleaning. Spinning side jets create a wall of water for full coverage giving the final polish of a line.
– No heavy blasting action

2 side jets @ 90°  |   2 rear jets @ 45°

Rotor jets feature a spinning head that provides a 360° of coverage. Use for finishing or polishing a pipe that has had some preliminary cleaning. NOT for primary use.

Good pulling power, for applications that require a good rinsing action.

Tuned to deliver these specs:

  • 1/8" – up to 1.5Kpsi  /  2gpm   —  50'-75' hose
  • 1/4" – up to 1.5Kpsi  /  2gpm   —  115' hose

Maintenance

It is important to keep the orifices in nozzles open and clear. Our tip cleaners can help with this. Otherwise, always inspect your nozzle for cracks or worn threads and replace as necessary. Thread sealant is recommended for use on threads. Warthog nozzles have maintenance kits to keep their fluids at an optimal level, thus extending their life.

Nozzle Kits

Nozzle kits are collections of commonly used jetter nozzles, in a handy case. See each kit for a list of what is included.
