This jet-nose style nozzle has 3 forward jets for tackling grease or ice. Tends to push debris forward, but has 6 rear jets at 45° to help with cleaning. Distance is limited with this profile.
Available in 4 NPT sizes, available specs are listed for each size:
- 1/8″ I.D. – 2 GPM @ 1500 PSI only
- 1/4″ I.D. – 2 GPM @ 1500 PSI -or- 4.5 GPM @ 3000 PSI
- 3/8″ I.D. – 4.5 GPM @ 3000 PSI -or- 8 GPM @ 3000 PSI
- 1/2″ I.D. – 8 GPM @ 3000 PSI only
Description
Our jet-nose style Degreasing De-Icing Jetter Nozzle is effective for flushing grease or ice on shorter runs. 3 forward jets (10° each) tend to push debris forward. 6 rear jets at 45° help clean the sidewalls, while offering limited pulling power. Limited distance range. Longer length nozzle with angled nose is good for more heavily obstructed lines. Precision machined, heat treated stainless steel.
The Degreasing De-Icing Jetter Nozzle is available in 6 different NPT size/GPM configurations tuned to deliver the rated pressure and flow when used with our Jetters.
