MyTana sells FACTORY DIRECT. Your calls are answered by our knowledgeable and friendly customer service people, who are able to get answers to your toughest questions. Customer orders are supported by our complete production inventory - without the need for a middle man to have stock outs, mark-ups or provide "clutter" in your efforts to get what you need.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. And all custom orders are non-returnable

Special note regarding returns and repairs of video inspection equipment:

MyTana performs all after sales service, repair and warranty work on our video inspection and locator equipment for a variety of reasons:

  • QUALITY — By performing service in house, we can be certain that your getting the latest components and upgrades that will keep you up and running as long as possible.
  • WORKMANSHIP — Certain assembly processes use exotic materials and adhesives that require special curing times and equipment.
  • IMPROVEMENT — When we examine products that are sent in for service in-house, we better understand how our products are used, and are therefore better able to make improvements in design and material that minimize downtime.
